My favourite course? Actually that depends on you. I love teaching discover scuba and open water courses as well tech and the best dives are the ones where I see my students growing as divers and having a great time

My best experience underwater? Seeing my first Tiger Shark – An Extended Range Dive to 55m and it swam right past my students. COOL !

How do I approach technical diving? I think back to what I was told by my dive buddy John Bennett

Dive Hard. Dive Often. Stay Lucky 

Dive Hard: Practice skills until they are automatic. Don’t be a lazy diver, always strive to become better.
Dive Often: Get in the water and dive. The more you get wet the better you’ll be and you’ll have great fun along the way.
Stay Lucky: Diving is not about luck, it’s about training, experience and judgement. The more you practice the luckier you will get

So you Live to Dive then? Actually not. But, what technical diving brings me is balance to my life. It adds the adventure, the chance to explore and the time to get peaceful during the day. It makes life fun.

Where will you be in 10 years time? Underwater ! ha ha
